Meet our team
SÍLVIA GABARRÓ i FONT
Sílvia Gabarró i Font (Barcelona, 1971) has been dedicated to tax advice and planning, both nationally and internationally, since 1994. She was a Professor of Business Taxation at the “Universitat Pompeu Fabra” (UPF) for 15 years and is currently a professor in the Master of Taxation program at the Barcelona School of Management of UPF. She is a member of the UPF Social Council, a member of the Economic-Tax Commission of PIMEC (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise of Catalonia), and also a member of its Board of Directors. She is a Member of the “Col.legi d’Economistes de Catalunya” and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation and Tax Consultancy from the Centro de Estudios Financieros. She has collaborated in the preparation of various books and studies on international and national taxation, in articles for specialized journals, and in the drafting of various legislative projects in tax matters.

JENNIFER CRUZ ORTEGA
Degree in Business Administration and Management from the “Universitat de Barcelona” and Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Advice from the “Centre d’Estudis Financers”.
Her professional experience has been developed in the tax and accounting area, specializing in corporate taxation and personal and business wealth tax planning. She joined the tax area of our firm in 2017.
GERARD VALLDEPERES VILANOVA
Lawyer and Economist, he has graduated from “Universitat Pompeu Fabra” in Law and Economics, he also has a Master’s Degree in Law at the Barcelona School of Management and a Master’s Degree in Planning and Legal-Tax Advice at the “Universitat Internacional de Catalunya”.
He advises on tax matters both to individuals and companies, in different sectors, joining the tax area of our firm in 2020.
He has been a member of the “Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Barcelona” since 2019, as a practicing member.

AINA SERRET TRANCOSO
Head Lawyer of the legal area of the firm.
Graduated in Law (2015) and holds a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession with a specialization in civil and commercial law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2017). She specialized in international commercial law at the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Barcelona (2017) and later completed a postgraduate course in international prevention of money laundering at the University of Manchester in collaboration with the International Compliance Association (ICA) (2020).
She develops her professional career as a commercial lawyer specialized in compliance, focusing her practice on advising national and international companies, having developed her professional experience with an international focus in Spain, Poland, and the Principality of Andorra.
She is a member of the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Barcelona (ICAB), practicing lawyer number 47,090.
Since 2021, she has collaborated in the writing of annual publications in the journal of the American Bar Association (ABA), specifically in the section on international law and women’s rights.

Sònia has developed his career in the field of accounting and tax management, with more than 20 years of professional experience, carrying out accounting and commercial obligations for both companies and individuals.
MIA SITJÀ AND LATORRE
Graduated in Economics from the University of Barcelona and holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the Barcelona School of Management at Pompeu Fabra University.
Her professional projection is based on providing tax advice, for both individuals and legal entities, guiding and assisting with the obligations that must be met in terms of taxes.
She joined the tax department of our firm in 2023.
