Aina Serret Trancoso
Head Lawyer of the legal area of the firm.
Graduated in Law (2015) and holds a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession with a specialization in civil and commercial law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2017). She specialized in international commercial law at the “Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Barcelona” (2017) and later completed a postgraduate course in international prevention of money laundering at the University of Manchester in collaboration with the International Compliance Association (ICA) (2020).
She develops her professional career as a commercial lawyer specialized in compliance, focusing her practice on advising national and international companies, having developed her professional experience with an international focus in Spain, Poland, and the Principality of Andorra.
She is a member of the “Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Barcelona” (ICAB), practicing lawyer number 47,090.
Since 2021, she has collaborated in the writing of annual publications in the journal of the American Bar Association (ABA), specifically in the section on international law and women’s rights.
